This one's special. Client wanted lakefront living without the guilt - we delivered a certified passive house that produces more energy than it uses. Took us 18 months of careful planning, but the result speaks for itself.

Built for a tech incubator that was tired of soulless office towers. We carved out flexible work zones, actual quiet spaces (shocking, I know), and a rooftop that's become the after-work hangout spot nobody wants to leave.

Small space, big personality. The challenge here was making 1200 square feet feel generous without tricks or mirrors. Just honest design - every piece of furniture earns its place, and the flow works beautifully.

Working with the city on this was intense but worth it. We transformed two forgotten industrial blocks into community space that actually gets used. Kids play there, dogs run around, people have their coffee - that's success in my book.

Restaurant design's tricky - you're balancing aesthetics with hardcore functionality. Here, we let the lake do the heavy lifting visually. Our job was staying out of the way while making sure the space works for both diners and staff.

Heritage work's my favorite challenge. This 1890s warehouse had incredible bones - exposed brick, timber beams, cast iron columns. We updated everything mechanical and added modern comfort without erasing 130 years of character.

Client's brief was simple: maximize garden connection. We responded with sliding glass walls that disappear, a courtyard plan that wraps around greenery, and materials that age gracefully outdoors. They basically live outside now, even in shoulder season.
